1. How does Aion kina/gold get transferred into my account?When you place an order, you are asked to leave your character name and which server you are playing on. Once your payment is cleared, our customer supporter will arrange to trade with you ingame. Then gold exchange representative will trade Aion Gold, Aion Kina with your character in game. 3. What kind of payment method do you accept?You now can use PayPal for payment transaction. We accept all PayPal payment types, including eCheck. Money booker is coming on the way. It’s currently still under construction and negotiation. If you have other popular and recognized payment methods that you and people around you are using, please do let us know. We appreciate your feedback and contribution. 4. What if I don’t have a PayPal or Money Booker account, Can I still trade with you?YES!! If you don’t have a PayPal or Money Booker account, you can pay using a credit card. But currently this feature is still under upgrade, we will try to bring it up online soon!! 5. How does eChecks work with real gold exchange?We accept Paypal eChecks, but as your eCheck account needs approximately 4-5 business days to process the transaction, we won’t deliver Aion gold until eCheck is cleared. During this time, check your paypal account often, so that you will know when the transaction is cleared and then we will arrange the trade with you shortly. 6. Is there a way to track the status of my order?Yes, we do offer a way to track your order. Click on Order Tracking on top navigation bar, and on the order tracking screen, you can enter the email address you entered when you placed the order and your order number to locate a specific orders, or by logging in your mail box to view status of all your orders. OR simply ping our online customer support and let him update you on latest status. 7. What if I order the wrong server or give the wrong character name?Email us immediately from your Paypal email address or contact our customer support with information including the order number and correct server or character name. We will make delivery according to the new instructions given. 8. Are there discounts for larger orders?Yes, we offer bulk discounts on a case by case basis.
