Aion’s latest Reactivation Celebration lasts for one full week, beginning at 8:00 AM PDT on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 and running until 8:00 AM PDT on Thursday, March 31st, 2011.
During the Reactivation Celebration players will also enjoy:


- The ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ Rifting Event, which removes the defensive buffs in Heiron and Beluslan!
- The ‘For War and Glory’ AP Event, which reduces the amount of AP lost from PvP encounters in the Abyss and Silentera Canyon, and increases the amount of AP gained from slaying monsters in the Abyss and Silentera Canyon.

Note: If your account qualifies to be reactivated, you should be able to log into Aion from the game client. Your main account status page will not reflect your reactivation status. Welcome back to Aion during our latest Reactivation Celebration!

Atreia has been rife with excitement in the past six months as we celebrated Aion’s anniversary in the West, the launch of Aion’s first expansion: Assault on Balaurea, and Part 1 and Part 2 of the 2.1 update.

These updates have brought some huge changes to the world of Atreia (see the paragraphs below for a complete table of contents) including:

 Dramatic reduction to costs and complexities of crafting (introduced in Part 2 of the 2.1 update)

 Dramatic drop rate increases on all loot (introduced in Part 1 of the 2.1 update)
 Dramatic experience reward increases from Quests (introduced in Assault on Balaurea)
 The introduction of a new continent: Balaurea, the perilous homeland of the Balaur.
 Six new Instanced Dungeons, including three Solo Instanced Dungeons.
 Ground-based PvP in Silentera Canyon and the new Chantra Dredgion PvP Battleground.
 Cuddly, cute, and even functional non-combat pets!
 Much, much, much more!

Each day during the Reactivation week Daevas will receive a survey containing a special gift!  All surveys will go up at 9am PDT and remain until April 4, 2011.  The minimum level required to accept a survey is level 15.

We’d also like to highlight some of the exciting changes coming soon in our 2.5 “Empyrean Calling” update, which include:

 Improved high resolution graphics make Atreia more beautiful than ever!
 Two new Group Instanced Dungeons; Drana Esoterrace, a clandestine Balaur research facility, and the Empyrean Crucible, a trial of endurance that will pit players against waves of ferocious monsters!
 A new Guide system that rewards high level players for helping low level players with Quests and Instanced Dungeons.
 Improved character creation with new preset faces, body types, and customization options.
